The author was rabbi of the Sephardic community in Amsterdam. This collection is the product of the author’s teaching activities in the Sephardic academies Gemilut Hasadim and Honen Dalim.
At the end of Vol. II and III Isaac ha-Cohen Belinfante has added a short index and a poem.
