See an edition of this manuscript by Jorge Ledo and Harm den Boer, Moria de erasmo roterodamo: a critical edition of the early modern Spanish translation of Erasmus’s Encomium Moriae, Leiden, Brill, 2014. Ledo and Den Boer suggest that this manuscript is an imperfect seventeenth-century copy (or even a copy of another copy) of an unknown sixteenth-century Spanish translation of Erasmus’ Moriae Encomium. According to the authors, the translation must be made by a professional translator or a humanist with knowledge both in Latin and Greek. However, some spelling features revealed that the copyist was not entirely familiar with Spanish and did not have a command of Latin either. Ledo and Den Boer also note that the copyist left evidences in the text of his Portuguese ancestry.
